About Wolverine Stack

Wolverine Stack is a two-peptide research blend. Each Biogenesis Labs 20 mg vial contains 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500, supplied as lyophilized powder for laboratory research use only.

How to calculate Wolverine Stack concentration

concentration (mg/mL) = Wolverine Stack in vial (mg) ÷ diluent volume (mL)

  1. A 20 mg Wolverine Stack vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 10.00 mg/mL (10,000 mcg/mL).
  2. On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, so each unit holds 100.0 mcg.
  3. Use 3 mL instead and the same vial reads 6.67 mg/mL, or 66.7 mcg per unit. More diluent lowers the concentration; the Wolverine Stack in the vial does not change.

For U-40 syringes (40 units = 1 mL), divide mcg/mL by 40 instead of 100. The calculator above switches between both scales.

Reconstituting and storing a Wolverine Stack vial

Let the sealed vial reach room temperature, swab both stoppers, and run the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder. Swirl gently until dissolved — don't shake — and label the vial with the concentration and date. Reconstituted solutions are commonly kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C and protected from light. How much bacteriostatic water should be added to a Wolverine Stack vial?

There is no single correct volume. The volume comes from your own research protocol; the calculator and chart show the concentration each volume produces. Only add a volume your vial can hold.

How much of each peptide is in a Wolverine Stack vial?

A 20 mg Wolverine Stack vial holds 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500, so each peptide is half of the blend.

What is the concentration of each peptide in Wolverine Stack with 2 mL of diluent?

The total is 10 mg/mL, so BPC-157 and TB-500 are each 5 mg/mL, or 50 mcg per U-100 unit.

How do I calculate one peptide's concentration in the blend?

Because the two peptides are equal amounts, each one is half of the total concentration. With 3 mL the total is 6.67 mg/mL, so BPC-157 and TB-500 are each 3.33 mg/mL. The blend breakdown table does this automatically.

How is Wolverine Stack different from GLOW and KLOW?

Wolverine Stack is BPC-157 and TB-500 only (20 mg). GLOW adds 50 mg GHK-Cu (70 mg total), and KLOW adds 50 mg GHK-Cu and 10 mg KPV (80 mg total).
