GLOW Calculator

Reconstitution calculator for GLOW research vials. Pick the vial size (Biogenesis Labs supplies 70 mg), enter the diluent volume, and read the concentration and U-100 syringe units. Concentration math only — it does not provide dosing guidance.

Blend vial: each Biogenesis Labs GLOW vial holds 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 = 70 mg total. The readout shows the total; the blend breakdown below splits it by peptide.

About GLOW

GLOW is a three-peptide research blend. Each Biogenesis Labs 70 mg vial contains 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500, supplied as lyophilized powder for laboratory research use only.

Research-grade vials: GLOW 70 mg. Every batch is independently tested — see the Certificates of Analysis.

How to calculate GLOW concentration

concentration (mg/mL) = GLOW in vial (mg) ÷ diluent volume (mL)

  1. A 70 mg GLOW vial with 5 mL of bacteriostatic water is 14.00 mg/mL (14,000 mcg/mL).
  2. On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, so each unit holds 140.0 mcg.
  3. Use 10 mL instead and the same vial reads 7.00 mg/mL, or 70.0 mcg per unit. More diluent lowers the concentration; the GLOW in the vial does not change.

For U-40 syringes (40 units = 1 mL), divide mcg/mL by 40 instead of 100. The calculator above switches between both scales.

Reconstituting and storing a GLOW vial

Let the sealed vial reach room temperature, swab both stoppers, and run the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder. Swirl gently until dissolved — don't shake — and label the vial with the concentration and date. Reconstituted solutions are commonly kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C and protected from light. The full step-by-step guide, syringe-scale explainer and BAC vs. sterile water comparison are on the main Peptide Calculator page.

GLOW calculator FAQ

What concentration does a 70 mg GLOW vial with 10 mL of bacteriostatic water give?

7.00 mg/mL (7,000 mcg/mL). On a U-100 syringe that is 70.0 mcg per unit, and 10 units hold 0.70 mg.

What concentration does a 70 mg GLOW vial with 5 mL give?

14.00 mg/mL, or 140.0 mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe.

How much bacteriostatic water should be added to a GLOW vial?

There is no single correct volume. The volume comes from your own research protocol; the calculator and chart show the concentration each volume produces. Only add a volume your vial can hold.

How much of each peptide is in a GLOW vial?

A 70 mg GLOW vial holds 50 mg GHK-Cu (about 71.4% of the blend) and 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500 (about 14.3% each).

What is the concentration of each peptide in GLOW with 5 mL of diluent?

The total is 14 mg/mL. GHK-Cu is 10 mg/mL (100 mcg per U-100 unit), and BPC-157 and TB-500 are each 2 mg/mL (20 mcg per U-100 unit).

How do I calculate one peptide's concentration in the blend?

Multiply the total concentration by that peptide's share of the vial. With 10 mL the total is 7 mg/mL, so GHK-Cu is 7 × 50/70 = 5 mg/mL and BPC-157 and TB-500 are each 7 × 10/70 = 1 mg/mL. The blend breakdown table does this automatically.

How is GLOW different from KLOW?

GLOW contains GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 (70 mg). KLOW adds 10 mg of KPV to the same three peptides for 80 mg total, so the per-peptide shares differ.

Does this GLOW calculator provide dosing guidance?

No. It performs concentration and unit-conversion math only. All Biogenesis Labs products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption.
