About KLOW

KLOW is a four-peptide research blend. Each Biogenesis Labs 80 mg vial contains 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 10 mg KPV, supplied as lyophilized powder for laboratory research use only.

How to calculate KLOW concentration

concentration (mg/mL) = KLOW in vial (mg) ÷ diluent volume (mL)

  1. An 80 mg KLOW vial with 4 mL of bacteriostatic water is 20.00 mg/mL (20,000 mcg/mL).
  2. On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, so each unit holds 200.0 mcg.
  3. Use 5 mL instead and the same vial reads 16.00 mg/mL, or 160.0 mcg per unit. More diluent lowers the concentration; the KLOW in the vial does not change.

For U-40 syringes (40 units = 1 mL), divide mcg/mL by 40 instead of 100. The calculator above switches between both scales.

Reconstituting and storing a KLOW vial

Let the sealed vial reach room temperature, swab both stoppers, and run the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder. Swirl gently until dissolved — don't shake — and label the vial with the concentration and date. Reconstituted solutions are commonly kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C and protected from light. What concentration does an 80 mg KLOW vial with 5 mL of bacteriostatic water give?

16.00 mg/mL (16,000 mcg/mL). On a U-100 syringe that is 160.0 mcg per unit, and 10 units hold 1.60 mg.

What concentration does an 80 mg KLOW vial with 4 mL give?

20.00 mg/mL, or 200.0 mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe.

How much bacteriostatic water should be added to a KLOW vial?

There is no single correct volume. The volume comes from your own research protocol; the calculator and chart show the concentration each volume produces. Only add a volume your vial can hold.

How much of each peptide is in a KLOW vial?

An 80 mg KLOW vial holds 50 mg GHK-Cu (62.5% of the blend) and 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV (12.5% each).

What is the concentration of each peptide in KLOW with 4 mL of diluent?

The total is 20 mg/mL. GHK-Cu is 12.5 mg/mL (125 mcg per U-100 unit), and BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV are each 2.5 mg/mL (25 mcg per U-100 unit).

How do I calculate one peptide's concentration in the blend?

Multiply the total concentration by that peptide's share of the vial. With 5 mL the total is 16 mg/mL, so GHK-Cu is 16 × 0.625 = 10 mg/mL and each 10 mg peptide is 16 × 0.125 = 2 mg/mL. The blend breakdown table does this automatically.
