ARE YOUR PEPTIDES TESTED BY AN INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY?

Yes. All peptides undergo analytical testing by independent laboratories to verify identity, purity, and batch-to-batch consistency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for each lot to ensure full transparency and documented quality verification.

IS IT LEGAL TO PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE UNITED STATES?

Our peptides are offered exclusively for laboratory research purposes and are supplied in accordance with applicable U.S. federal regulations. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all relevant state and local laws prior to purchase and use.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Due to the specialized handling requirements and integrity standards associated with research peptides, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once an order has been processed. Customers are encouraged to review product selections carefully prior to completing their purchase.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

Orders are typically processed within one business day, with most qualifying orders dispatched the same day when received before the daily cutoff time. Our fulfillment operations are structured to ensure prompt, reliable shipment and consistent delivery timelines for research facilities.

WHAT IS A CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA), AND WHERE CAN I FIND ONE FOR MY ORDER?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is an independent laboratory report confirming a peptide's identity, purity, and batch-specific testing results, typically generated using HPLC and mass spectrometry. COAs for our tested lots are published on our Certificates of Analysis page for review prior to and after purchase.

HOW SHOULD I STORE PEPTIDES BEFORE AND AFTER RECONSTITUTION?

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored frozen or refrigerated, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated. All products are intended for laboratory research use only.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. In addition to domestic U.S. shipping, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, as well as the rest of the world. International shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and eDebit Direct. We do not currently accept credit or debit cards.

HOW DO I RECONSTITUTE A PEPTIDE? IS THERE A TOOL TO HELP?

Reconstitution involves adding a measured volume of diluent, such as bacteriostatic or sterile water, to a lyophilized peptide vial to reach a working concentration. DO YOU OFFER QUANTITY DISCOUNTS ON BULK ORDERS?
